Simple, clear, no pressure

How Our Mold Service Works

From the first call to the final clearance check, here’s exactly what to expect when you get mold help from us.

At a glance
  • 1. Call or send the short form.
  • 2. We find the moisture source and assess the mold.
  • 3. You get a written scope and price.
  • 4. Contained removal, drying and clearance.

Step 1: Tell us what’s going on

Call or fill in the short form with your name, phone, ZIP code and a few words about the problem. If there’s an active leak or flooding, call. Speed matters.

Step 2: Inspection and moisture check

We look for the water source first, using moisture meters and thermal imaging. When testing is needed, it’s done by an independent licensed mold assessor, as Florida law requires. More on mold inspection and testing.

Step 3: A clear written plan

You get a written scope that explains what needs removing, how the area will be contained and what it costs. No pressure. Take your time, ask questions, get a second opinion if you want one.

Step 4: Contained removal and drying

Licensed remediators seal the work area, run HEPA air filtration, remove damaged materials and dry the structure. See the full remediation process.

Step 5: Clearance and paperwork

Before walls are closed up, the area is checked and can be clearance tested. You keep the report, photos and moisture readings for your insurer, a buyer or your own records.

Yes. Talking through the problem and getting an estimate is free. Lab testing, when needed, is a separate service.
